In the studies conducted, the impact of the innovative ozonation procedure on the microbial state and antioxidant potential of highbush blueberry (Vaccinum corymbosum L.) stored under cold storage conditions was assessed. Microbiological analysis was carried out to determine the total number of mesophilic aerobic bacteria and the total number of fungi during the storage experiment. In addition, changes in the flavonoid, anthocyanins, and vitamin C content and the total antioxidant capacity were monitored during the storage. The degree of fruit infection with gray mold and anthracnose was determined. It was found that daily ozonation of fruits with a dose of 15 ppm for 30 min, every 12 h, for 28 days effectively reduced the development of aerobic mesophilic bacteria and fungi. On the last day of storage, symptoms of the infection by gray mold were observed in 27.5% of the control fruit, while the absence of symptoms was observed in case of the ozonated fruit. On the other hand, ozone was ineffective in case of inhibiting the infection by anthracnose. Nevertheless, the ozonation process allowed maintaining a high antioxidant potential of the fruit and substantially reduced losses of flavonoids, anthocyanins, and vitamin C. The utilized procedure has proved to be effective, providing the possibility of extensive use of ozone as a factor allowing sustaining a high commercial and consumption value of the fruit over extended time. 相似文献

常规的单立柱式(Spar)风力发电机平台,在水深较浅区域工作时,结构本身受吃水限制,工作效果较差。常规Spar重心较低,具有良好的稳定性,但是由于它往往具有超过100 m的吃水,因此使其不能应用于中近海域(水深小于100 m)。可设计研究一种适用于中国东海不超过100 m水深的中近海域新型浮式风机平台以解决此问题。针对NREL 5MW风机能应用于100 m水深的情况,对50 m吃水的新型Spar(SJTU-S4)及其系泊系统进行了概念设计研究。利用商业软件建立水动力模型,进行数值仿真,同时设计缩比模型试验,在上海交通大学海洋工程国家重点实验室(SKLOE)进行水动力性能测试。结果表明,本文研究的新阶梯式浅吃水单立柱浮式风机平台在100 m水深、多种海洋波浪环境下,通过试验和仿真验证,能够具有良好的运动响应,为风机提供较好的工作条件。 相似文献

Noble metals solved in iron implants are effective cathodes, which can suit to accelerate the corrosion rate of the base material. In terms of its antibacterial behavior as well as lower costs in comparison with gold or platinum, silver seems to be an attractive candidate to adapt the corrosion rate of implants to the medical requirements. However, the degradation of silver in human bodies is a time-consuming process, and is controversially discussed due to the unknown long-term effect of silver on the human organism. Alloying silver with chemical elements less resistant to corrosion in aqueous mediums, particularly, in simulated body fluid, can improve the degradability of silver. Therefore, the current study addresses the design of adapted silver alloys exhibiting improved degradability in comparison with pure silver. An ongoing challenge still lies in the exploration of proficient electrocatalysts from earth-abundant non-precious metals instead of noble metal-based catalysts for clean hydrogen energy through large-Scale electrochemical water splitting. However, developing a non-precious transition metals based, stable electrocatalyst for cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and anodic oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is important challenge for modern energy conversion technology. In this report Vanadium doped bimetallic nickel-iron nanoarray, fabricated by carbon supported architecture through carbonization process for electrochemical water splitting. Three types of catalysts were prepared in different molar ratio of Ni/Fe. The electrocatalytic performance demonstrated that the catalyst with equal mole ratio (0.06:0.06) of Ni/Fe possess high catalytic activity for both OER and HER in alkaline and acidic medium. Besides, our findings revealed that the doping of vanadium could play a strong synergetic effect with Ni/Fe, which provide a small overpotential of 90 mV and 210 mV at 10 mA cm?2 for HER and OER respectively compared to the other two catalyst counterparts. Also, the catalyst with 1:1 (Ni/Fe) molar ratio showed a high current density of 208 mA cm?2 for HER at 0.5 M H2SO4 and 579 mA cm?2 for OER at 1 M KOH solution, the both current densities are much higher than the other two catalysts (different Ni/Fe ratio). In addition, the presented catalysts showed extremely good durability, reflecting in more than 20 h of consistent Chronoamprometry study at fixed overpotential η = 250 mV without any visible voltage elevation. Similarly, the (Ni/Fe) equal ratio catalyst showed better corrosion potential 0.209 V vs Ag/AgCl and lower current density 0.594 × 10?12 A cm?2 in high alkaline medium. The V-doping, MOF/GO surface defects are significantly increased the corrosion potential of the V-NixFey-MOF/GO electrocatalyst. This paper presents an analytical method to study the effect of inclusions in piezoelectric materials on the creep rate. The driven force for the creep rate of piezoelectric materials with inclusion is from diffusional mass transport along the inclusion interface. The results show that the creep rate of piezoelectric materials containing the rigid inclusion with the shape parameter m = 0.8 appears at the minimum, and the effect of inclusion volume fraction on the creep rate of piezoelectric materials with soft inclusion becomes the smaller and smaller, as the stiffness of soft inclusion decreases. Thus, the effect of inclusion on creep characteristics can be improved by controlling the material property, the sizes, shapes, and volume ratio of inclusions. 相似文献

仓上金矿位于三山岛—仓上断裂西南部,西邻渤海湾,是我国大型露天金矿之一。至2005年闭坑后,在矿山外围及深部找矿一直未取得新进展。为加大勘探深度,探查矿区外围和深部断裂及岩体的空间展布情况,寻找深部金矿资源,采用CSAMT方法在该区开展了测深剖面勘查工作,并与以往的物探资料及331号地质剖面进行了综合对比分析,结果显示F1推断断层与三山岛—仓上断裂相吻合,提出验证钻孔1个。经钻探工程验证见金矿体,取得了较好的应用找矿效果,为下一步开展地质找矿提供了有价值的地球物理信息依据。 相似文献

The ability of Clostridium butyricum RAK25832 to use casamino acids as a nitrogen source was investigated. Strain RAK25832 showed the capacity to utilize different types of carbon sources. With glucose as a carbon source (10 g/L), the preferred final concentration of casamino acids was 26.67 g/L, with a cumulative hydrogen production, production rate, and yield of 2505 mL H2/L, 160 mL/h, and 1.81 mol H2/mol glucose, respectively. Eighteen metal elements were screened to identify the most important metals for biohydrogen production, and four elements were optimized. The optimal medium composition was MgCl2·6H2O (0.1 g/L), K2HPO4·3H2O (6.67 g/L), NaHCO3 (2.6 g/L), and FeCl2·4H2O (0.002 g/L). Vitamin supplementation of the medium showed no significant effect on hydrogen production. Under the optimized conditions, cumulative hydrogen production reached 3074 mL H2/L. This is the first study to demonstrate the use of casamino acids as a nitrogen source by C. butyricum. 相似文献
